For much of the 20th century, cereals were the main crop of the region and of Casa Mindela. That’s why we highlight the equipment and utensils used in its production, cleaning and processing, especially the imposing storage chests and the beautiful mill.
We can say that the soul of Casa Mindela is agricultural activities, which is why we have carefully preserved our collection of utensils, tools, implements and machinery. Through our collection of “agricultural memorabilia” you can travel through the history of the evolution of agriculture in Portugal for a large part of the 20th century and even delight in some documents and curiosities.
